ABOUT US

In 2018, The Good Food Project Founder, Dave Henricks attended a course (The Change Room), that despite his 25 years of experience as a chef, changed his view of quality meats forever.

DAVE'S STORY

...

After attending this program, I could see and understand the benefits of eating grass-fed and free-range meats, and I thought that this was a message that everyone needed to see and feel for themselves.

So I have since spent my time sourcing high-quality grass-fed and free-range meats and the best prices, to ensure that they are accessible to everyone.

My background as a chef has allowed me to seal and understand all the health benefits of eating meats the way nature intended us to, from mental clarity, gut health, down to our immune system.

The Good Food Project was initially created to support The Change Room's messaging and help people on workers compensation who were experiencing physical and mental pain. We created food packs filled with grass-fed and free-range meats which allowed people to experience the difference when consuming high-quality food products.

After hearing the incredible success stories from so many people who were improving their physical and mental health, we decided to expand the project to reach the larger community by continuing to source and supply the best meats across NSW.

Our mission is to provide high quality, grass-fed and free-range, affordable meats as well as food education to as many people as possible, so everyone can feel the benefits every day.
